Where in the world is Lynchland!

Lynchland is off the beaten path, and a bit tricky to find!  Our actual address is '4709 East County Road 40, Fort Collins, CO 80525'.  Mapping services sometimes can find us, and sometimes can't!

From Denver or South Fort Collins:

Take the Harmony Exit and head east.  Take the first left (County Road 5), and head north.  You will see a sign saying "Timnath".  Go through Timnath, and over the rail road tracks.  Continue heading north for 1/2 mile, and take a left on County Road 40 - you'll be headed right back towards I-25.  Go approximately 1/2 mile, and pass our indoor arena on the left side of the road.  Our driveway has a sign saying "Private Drive/Dead End" and another saying "Lynch/Salisbury/Schmidt".  Take the driveway all the way to the very back, we have a yellow ranch house and yellow garage.  Please park by the garage, and go through the double white gates in to the property. 

From CSU or Cheyenne:

Take Prospect east over I-25.  Take an immediate right on the Frontage Road, and travel south approximately 3 miles.  The Frontage Road takes a sharp left hand turn, becomes a dirt road, and turns into County Road 40 (although it doesn't SAY that anywhere).  Go up a block, and on the left side ( northside) of the road, you'll see a house that looks like a junk yard (really and truly).  Our driveway is on the right side of the road, directly across from the junk yard house!  Our driveway has a sign saying "Private Drive/Dead End" and another saying "Lynch/Salisbury/Schmidt".  Take the driveway all the way to the very back, we have a yellow ranch house and yellow garage.  Please park by the garage, and go through the double white gates in to the property.

You can find Jackie by coming through the chain link fence - you'll be beseiged by dogs, but they will merely knock you down and lick you to death!  Or better yet, call her at 970 412 7070, and she'll come find you.

Although we do occasionally allow boarders to bring their dogs on property - please!  Do not bring them for your first visit here!

If you come to visit without an appointment, you can often find a current boarder that is willing to show you around and answer questions.  If you'd like the 'grand tour', please call Jackie at 970 412 7070, and we'll do our best to have someone available to meet you!  We do believe that our happy horses are our best references.

We are less than 45 minutes from North Denver, and less than 15 minutes from CSU!
