We live by the philosophy that no horse should have to live in a box.  Accordingly, we have two environments to stable your horse:

Sheltered Stalls and Runs:  12 x 12 sheltered stall attached to 12 x 40 pipe run.  Horses are fed twice daily, stalls and runs cleaned daily, shavings are owner provided.  Regular turn-out schedule into a 2 acre lot, where horses are free fed choice grass hay, and get the opportunity to romp with other horses.  The sheltered stalls are concrete base with rubber mats, and large attached hay racks and grain feeders and water heaters.

Semi-Private Paddocks:  Approximately 75 x 150 with 12 x 20 loafing sheds.  Two horses matched according to personalities and nutritional requirements.  Horses are fed twice daily, paddocks cleaned twice weekly.  Regular turn-out schedule  into large 2 acre lot with free fed choice grass hay.  Horses are turned out in groups of 4-6, for 12 hours at a time, 3-4 times per week.  We try to replicate a horse's natural living, feeding and social environments as much as we possibly can!

Current Boarding Rates:  $350 per month for paddocks, and $400 for stalls and runs. We have no additional charges for any thing in our feeding program.  We provide grass and/or alfalfa, and a 10% protein sweetfeed.  If your horses requires something different, you provide it and we'll feed it.

Turnout:  We believe that horses need the down time to play.  The Turnout pasture is monitored to make sure their mischeif doesn't get out of hand!  Horses get turned out in good and bad weather (in miserable weather, we'll keep them in homes).  The horses get 12 hours of play time, 3-4 days a week, and it makes a remarkable difference in their mental health.  We also allow turnout in to 5 separate grazing yards, the cross country fields, and the outdoor arenas when they are not in use.

Parking: - we have trailer parking in two areas of our property, at no additional charge.

**We do have two heated and insulated box stalls if your horse requires special care - we just think that horses prefer to socialize when given the chance! Additionally, we have added 3 stalls into our indoor arena.  These are perfect for grooming, or for a horse that needs absolute peace and quite for injury recovery.
